Delayed (Outbound Redox) Message Delivery for Subset of Customers

At approximately 7:47 AM CT Redox experienced an issue on one of our VPN appliances which resulted in the delayed delivery of outbound messages for approximately two (2) minutes.

The incident was quickly resolved and message flow resumed, however, some customers may have received automated alert emails from Redox regarding connectivity failure.

Consequently, any alerts received between 7:47 AM CT - 8:00 AM CT can be ignored.

Alerts you receive from now on should be investigated as the issue has been resolved. Thank you!
